Perfect Pet Tags is an authorised stockist for leading pet brands such as Rogz, Fuzzyard, Red Dingo and Bow Wow. All stock is obtained through official Australian channels and as such, we are able to offer a 100% money back authenticity guarantee on all branded products.
Pet Tags Guarantee and Replacement Policy
It is very important that you enter and check your pet tag engraving details carefully as we do not replace tags if you have provided incorrect information. Once you place your order, engraving begins sooner after so there is a very small window for providing corrections.
All Red Dingo tags have a Lifetime Guarantee and are supplied with a rustproof stainless steel split ring for attaching to your pet's collar. The split ring is excluded from the Guarantee. All engraving details on Red Dingo tags are fully guaranteed to be totally legible for the lifetime of the tag.
All Bow Wow pet tags are guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase against breakage and fading. Bow Wow Bling tags are guaranteed against breakage and fading for 5 years and for 1 year against the loss of any crystals during normal use.
If we have sent you the wrong tag or have engraved information on your tag that is different to the information originally provided, simply contact us and we will gladly send you a replacement tag free of charge. We may ask you for photographic evidence and may ask you to return the incorrect tag to us.
As our Bow Wow metal tags are deeply laser engraved, your order may arrive with some cloth fibres still attached, or even with a bold finish. If this the case, simply wipe over your tag with a cloth (e.g. polishing or jewellery) to smooth over the engraving and/or remove any excess fibres.
Items Damaged in Transit and Faulty Items
If any items purchased on this website arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification. We will arrange to have the damaged or faulty items returned to us and either arrange for a replacement of the items at our cost or refund the item. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. Fenix Autocare reserves the right to assess the eligibility of goods for return (including the condition and age of the goods) before accepting them as returned. Damaged or faulty items must be returned to us in the condition received by you with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the damaged or faulty items.
No Change of Mind Refunds
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper on our website at a later date or elsewhere. We recommend you carefully review all items before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
Exchanges and Refunds
If you wish to exchange or refund any unopened items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your items and notify us of your reasons. At our discretion, we may offer you store credit or a refund. Once the items are returned to us in original condition at the cost of the customer, full store credit may be offered (excluding shipping costs) and can be used on any future online purchase. Responsibility for lost and damaged items in return transit is borne by the customer. If we offer a refund, customers must cover the cost of return shipping and a 20% restocking fee may be applied. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your order. We cannot offer exchanges or refunds for any item that is returned to us and the seal is found to be broken or where there are missing components.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If an order arrives to you is missing an item or contains an incorrect item, we will either refund the purchase price including delivery charges or provide a replacement product with delivery at our expense. Please contact us within 7 days of any missing or incorrect items. You may be asked to provide a photo for clarification.
Perfect Pet Tags's 30-Day Peace of Mind Warranty & Manufacturer's Warranty
All products on this website are subject to strict quality controls before we stock them to ensure you receive only quality products.
In addition to any manufacturer's warranties, Perfect Pet Tags offers a 30-Day Peace of Mind Warranty for your convenience. If in the unlikely event you encounter an item purchased on our website with manufacturing flaws or which stops working or breaks through ordinary use, Perfect Pet Tags will happily replace or refund it if you contact us directly within 30 days of your original purchase.
All warranties exclude items which are damaged by accident or misuse, e.g. dropped, crushed, squashed, excessive force applied, etc. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the fault.
Perfect Pet Tags reserves the right to assess the eligibility of items for return (including the condition and age of the items) before accepting them as returned.
Items being returned to Perfect Pet Tags for warranty claims must be returned with all original packaging, accessories and/or manuals. Please retain the original order packaging for the purposes of returning the faulty item(s).
Any shipping costs related to warranty claims will be initially paid by you, however, on confirmation of a faulty item, Perfect Pet Tags will reimburse you for return shipping costs and cover any additional shipping costs.
